Appearance:

Kai is a pretty tiger and shark hybrid with a tropical theme and a quite muscular build. He seems to have more tiger than shark features: He has a tiger-like body, head and walks on four legs. His shark features are a pretty long shark tail and a pointy shark-like fin on top of his back. His whole body is covered with quite short and silky fur which is perfect for swimming. His fur colour is a gradient that features shades of yellow, orange, pink, and purple. Merely his belly, chest, snout, part of his cheeks and fin, the inside of his legs, his feet and the bottom side of his tail are white in colour. Additionally, his whole body, except for most of the white parts are covered with black tiger stripes including his face, tail, legs and fins. Under his ears on his head and on both ankles of his hind legs cute black flower-like spots can be observed. Kai has large round white spots on his ears and their inside is purple. He has beautiful green eyes, a purple feline-like nose, black whiskers and claws and his paw pads (beans) are pink

Abilities:

• Kai is an excellent swimmer and diver and, thanks to his magical powers, he is able to even breathe under water and the pressure of the water has no effect on him. It also does not matter whether he is in fresh- or saltwater. His tail, fins and very smooth and silky fur support him while moving under water. He can swim extraordinarily fast. He is considered one of the fastest swimmers and divers in the entire land. He can easily track objects or other creatures that are located under the surface, even when being deep down in the water

• He is not only swift under water, but also on shore, he can run quite fast and he is great at jumping and climbing

• He has the incredible ability to control water to a certain extent. He can magically filter and condense water from the air and can pour it wherever he desires. This requires quite the amount of magical energy though

• He has the ability of speech and he speaks and understands many different human languages of our world. Of course he is able to interact with his fellow species and other animals and creatures. He can even translate to a certain extent

• He can produce and emit light form his whole body. That way he can lighten up the night in many different colours even while being under water

• He is able to see in the dark, even under deep water and, unlike other tigers and sharks, he can see almost all existing colours

 

Weaknesses:

• Water, especially water from lakes, oceans etc. is very important to him and his body. Not being exposed to it for a longer period of time may cause him to lose his magical powers slowly. It also affects his well-being and he could even start to get depressed

• Kai is a very proud and confident being, and his cool and tough reputation is very important to him. He always tries to avoid anything that could damage this reputation. However, this often leads him to put too much pressure on himself and to stress himself out too much

• Due to his tough, hardheaded and freethinking nature, it can be difficult to have certain discussions with him or to reach an agreement on certain disagreements

• He has an entirely vegetarian diet, even though he is half a tiger and a shark. His favourite foods are vegetables, fruits and nuts

• He was born in the Land of Eternal Dawn. This place is very similar to the Land of Eternal Dusk, but the land is in a state of eternal dawn. Thus the sky, the landscape, the plants etc. look different. In general, the colours of the Land of Eternal Dawn are more pastel-like, while the ones of the Land of Eternal Dusk are more intensive and vibrant. When it's about their population currently, it is difficult to tell where the individual inhabitants come from, since both lands are strongly connected and networked with each other. This particular alliance is responsible for the fact that their creatures bear a close resemblance to each other. It is therefore as good as impossible to tell which being was born in the Land of Eternal Dusk or Dawn. Some time ago, he and his family moved to the Land of Eternal Dusk. The reason for this was a change in job and job location

• He and every here presented Land of Eternal Dusk resident are good friends. He and Nera have been a couple for a long time and are considered inseparable, despite their stubbornness. He also gets along very well with Mira-Rose and Splitley

• Kai is still a teenager and therefore quite young. However, compared to other teenagers in the land, he is considered one of the older teenage beings
